Light is not neutral.
It carries time.

Short wavelength light — the 400–520nm range — is the body's primary signal for wakefulness. When artificial sources emit it after dark, they tell your brain it is still midday. The result: cortisol stays elevated, melatonin is suppressed, and sleep erodes before you've even closed your eyes.

Our Red Lenses filter 100% of visible blue light and most green light in the 400–520nm band. Our Amber Lens block 70–100% of high-energy blue light (400–440nm) — cutting cumulative eye strain without disrupting your evening spectrum.
