Eluno Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

1. About the Program

Eluno's Referral Program allows existing customers to share a unique referral code with friends and family. When a referred person makes their first purchase using the code, both the referrer and the referred customer receive benefits.

2. Eligibility

The referral program is open to all customers who have made at least one purchase at Eluno (in-store or online).
A referral code is automatically assigned to every eligible customer after their first order.
Customers must be 18 years or older to participate.

3. How It Works

3.1 Your Referral Code

Every Eluno customer receives a unique 5-character referral code after their first purchase.
Your referral code can be found in your Eluno account under the My Account section.
You may share your referral code with anyone who has not previously purchased from Eluno.

3.2 Referred Customer Benefit

A person using your referral code at checkout will receive ₹500 off their first order at Eluno.
The discount applies to orders with a minimum cart value of ₹2,500.
The referral code can only be used once per person.
The referral code is valid for new customers only — persons who have not previously placed an order with Eluno.
The referral discount can be combined with other applicable promotions unless stated otherwise at checkout.

3.3 Referrer Reward

When someone successfully uses your referral code, your personal reward code is topped up by ₹500.
Your reward code is a single, permanent discount code assigned to you — it accumulates value each time a new person uses your referral code.
Example: If 3 people use your referral code, your reward code will be worth ₹1,500.
Your reward code has no minimum order value and can be used on any Eluno purchase.
Your reward code can be combined with other applicable promotions unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Once you redeem your reward code, its value resets to ₹0. It will accumulate again the next time someone uses your referral code.
Your reward code is personal and can only be used by you.

4. Referral Code Usage Rules

A referral code may be used by multiple new customers — there is no cap on how many people can use your code.
Each new customer may only use one referral code per order.
Self-referral is not permitted. You may not use your own referral code.
Referral codes cannot be used on orders that have already been placed.
Referral codes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
Eluno reserves the right to cancel or invalidate referral codes that are found to be used fraudulently, in bulk, or in violation of these terms.

5. Reward Code Rules

Your reward code is unique to you and linked to your Eluno account.
The reward code value accumulates and does not expire as long as your Eluno account remains active.
The reward code is valid for one redemption at a time. After use, the balance resets to ₹0 and begins accumulating again. Any unused value in reward code is not carried forward.
Reward codes cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with other customers.
Reward codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
If an order using your reward code is cancelled or refunded, Eluno reserves the right to reverse the reward credit.

6. Fraudulent Activity

Eluno takes fraud seriously. The following activities will result in immediate disqualification from the referral program and may lead to account suspension:

Creating fake accounts to generate referral rewards.
Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate referrals.
Bulk distribution of referral codes on coupon websites, cashback platforms, or public forums.
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral system.

Eluno reserves the right to withhold or reverse rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected, without prior notice.

7. Program Modifications & Termination

Eluno reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Eluno reserves the right to change the reward amounts, minimum order requirements, or any other terms of the program at any time.
Changes will be communicated via the Eluno website and will apply from the date of publication.
Accumulated reward code balances at the time of program termination will be honoured for a period of 30 days from the date of termination announcement.

8. General Terms

Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Eluno's decision on all matters relating to the referral program is final and binding.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
