A big thank you to Ricky, Saptapernia, the fashion eyewear consultant, for explaining the lens options so clearly and ensuring everything was well packed, and to Safi, the optometrist, for the excellent service. Had a wonderful experience there...

Very good experience when i visited the store. All the staffs are very cooperative & friendly. Precise eyetest also done by knowledgeable optometrists. They checking overall eyehealth also. Staffs anju, shafi,& wilsita explained about everything very well. Those who searching for different eyewears & premium quality lenses, definitely i recommend eluno eyewear

Loved the fact that I found glasses that’s fits my face. Big relief. And the best part - team here is awesome. Loved the way they helped me purchase my first pair of glasses here.

I recently visited Eluno Eyewear just to browse and look at their lens options with no immediate intention of buying. However, Saptaparni was fantastic—she guided me through everything with so much clarity that she convinced me to make a purchase.

The entire eye test process was thorough, smooth, and very professionally conducted. Both Sapthaparani and Jyothsna did a phenomenal job taking me through the eye test and explaining all the technicalities and nuances of the lenses, making it easy to understand what suited my needs best.

If they want to cater to the local crowd, they need to look at lowering their price tags compared to their competitors.
